Breakfast Session | Customer Journey Is More Than Just Customer

Explora hosted a breakfast session about customer journey and its linkage to data and knowledge management on 3 December 2019 at Victory Offices. We demonstrated about the critical role of data and how it plays in optimizing customer journey, and it was a successful event that day.

We produced a promotion video to introduce how data can be a game changer in engaging customer experience. We are happy to see that our guests enjoyed the video very much during the session, and gain the key message out of it.

Thank you Darren Chuckry, Chair of The Marketing Society Hong Kong, for co-organizing the breakfast session with us and giving us an informative opening speech to kick start the breakfast session.

Our Senior Solution Architect, Laurent Chindeko, further explained how customer journey involves everyone in an organization, and the importance of developing a data culture, breaking organizational silo and putting data security into consideration of your product and service design.

We received many positive feedbacks from our guests especially when we discussed customer journey mapping to the real cases, and we are glad that everyone was able to gain some useful takeaways after that.
