Thanks, Marketing, for inviting Explora to take part in the Customer Experience Conference 2019 held on 19th September at Hotel ICON. It provided us a precious opportunity to meet over 200 leading industry figures and peers.
Industry expert speakers shared on stage about how to optimize customer experience through different touch-points, and establish brand value by delivering responsive and relevant customer experience. We found these sharing sessions very inspiring and heartening.
We demonstrated some available features including Forecast Analytics and Customer Analytics with AI machine learning capabilities. We were also able to exchange some business cases and best practice there during our interaction with guests that time.
While in week 14 October, the Hummingbird team flew to Singapore to participate in the FUTR show 2019, an annual gathering of global brands and retailers across Digital, Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, Innovation and Customer Experience.
Our Senior Solution Architect, Laurent Chindeko, demonstrated on stage about how to get out of Excel hell.
